Graphic Design PROCESS
Initial Design Consultation
We talk via phone to discuss your business, goals,
preferences, budget and timeline.
Proposal
One of our representatives will prepare a proposal detailing
the creative work we will do for you, including design service
(number and details of concepts), materials (such as graphics
and paper), production expenses (such as printing and assembly)
and shipping/handling charges. We will ask you to sign the
proposal and submit 50% of the estimate to initiate work.
Creation
We will begin creating concepts and before we begin
production, you will choose a direction for us to refine. After
the first set of refinements, you will be able to suggest some
final adjustments before we begin the production process. If you
wish to make additional modifications or explore a different
direction than originally selected, we will estimate the cost of
the additional service and submit a change request, detailing
the work, any additional costs involved and additional days
needed to perform the work. We will ask you to sign off on the
final material that goes to press, if the project involves
offset or digital printing.
Deliverables
We will oversee the print process and conduct any press
checks necessary to ensure quality results. Final printed
materials will be shipped to you via USPS and digital files will
be emailed to you when we receive final payment for the project.
We will release copyright to your deliverables upon receipt;
however, we will retain the right to use the work indefinitely
as a portfolio sample.
