What does print-on-demand mean?

Print-on-demand is a solution where you receive a high quality design of a brochure, business card, label, etc. that you can print as you need it -- right from your ink jet printer.

Do I need an ink jet printer to use a print-on-demand solution? (Can't I use a laser printer?)

Most laser printers sold on the consumer market aren't very good at producing high resolution results for materials containing photographic materials and color. We highly recommend an ink jet printer unless you plan to print just illustrative designs in black ink.

How do I know if my printer is high resolution?

Most printers sold today are high resolution. When you print, you'll want to change your standard print settings to "photo quality" or 300 dpi (dots per inch) so that you get the best results.
